Georgia State Patrol Arrests
    Troopers issued 12 traffic violation citations Thursday.
        
Georgia Southern University Arrests
       Taylor Robert Sipsy, 20,  Cambridge Apartments — underage possession/consumption of alcohol.
   Officers issued one traffic citation Thursday.
    
Statesboro Police Incidents    
    MORRIS HEIGHTS APARTMENTS — Police responded to a report by a woman who said a man threw a rock at her window, damaging it, and threatened her and her children with bodily harm. While at the scene, an officer spotted a suspicious man who fled when seen. The officer tried to deploy his Taser but missed.
    BEASLEY ROAD — A man and his brother argued over household bills. The argument escalated until the man's wife called police. None were arrested.
    DINGUS MAGEES — Two bottles of liquor - a bottle of Southern Comfort valued at $121.50 and a bottle of Jim Beam valued at $108 - were taken from the bar counter. The estimated values reflect pricing by individual drinks served.
    THE EXCHANGE APARTMENTS — A woman said she suspected her roommate of taking her mail, moving her personal belongings and said she overheard the woman plotting to get her out of the apartment.
        
Bulloch Sheriff's Incidents    
    CHESTNUT OAK LANE — (Statesboro) A man said his daughter came home from school early and was home alone when a male she knew walked through her yard. Then he entered the screened back porch. The girl opened the door and questioned him, and he asked whether she had seen his dog. Deputies later served  the offender with criminal trespass and told him to search for his dog from the roadway.
    FOREST PINE DRIVE — (Statesboro) A man told deputies someone struck his mailbox and damaged it as well as several others along his road.
    YORKTOWN PLACE — (Statesboro) A man reported the theft of a weed eater and edger from a trailer in his back yard.
    SUN CREST — (portal) A woman said another female took a pink digital camera from her purse when it was left at a residence.
    
Georgia State Patrol Incidents    
    Troopers issued six warnings, assisted three motorists and investigated five crashes with two reported injuries Thursday.
        
Georgia Southern University Incidents
    Officers issued six traffic warnings, investigated one traffic accident, and assisted four motorists Thursday.

    Georgia State Patrol Post 45 — three calls.

    Candler County Sheriff's Department — three calls.
    Evans County Sheriff's Department — two calls.

    Central 911 operators dispatched the following calls Thursday:
    Statesboro Fire Department — five calls.
    Bulloch County volunteer firefighters — eight calls.
    Metter Fire Department — two calls.

911 EMS Reports
    Central 911 operators dispatched the following call Thursday:
    Bulloch County EMS — two accident calls and 18 medical calls.   
    Candler County EMS — nine medical calls.  
    Evans County EMS — one accident call and one medical call.    
    Central 911 operators also routed  six calls to Bulloch County First Responders, three calls to Bryan County 911, a call to the Evans County Georgia Forestry Commission Office and a call to Effingham County 911.
