Richard Lee Payne III, 19, Woodland Drive — noise ordinance, minor possession of alcohol.
Luis Linares Mariano, 24, Fair Road — driving while unlicensed, driving under the influence.
Brandi Nicole Edenfield, 25, Robin Hood Trail — driving under the influence, obstruction of a law enforcement officer.
Samantha M Depshowitz, 19, Greencastle Chase (Marietta) — underage possession of alcohol.

Statesboro Police Incidents
GATE STATION — A man shoplifted a 24 ounce Schlitz Malt Liquor.
DELUXE INN — A juvenile was reported as a runaway. He was later located and arrested.
WAL-MART — A juvenile was seen concealing four music CD’s and leaving the store. He was arrested and turned over to his mother.
FRED’S — A black wallet was found at the store, was turned over to the police and later returned to its rightful owner with all the property inside intact.
WOODLANDS APTS — Police responded to an excessive noise complaint The tenant was issued a citation.
STILLWELL STREET — Police conducted a traffic stop and discovered the driver to be intoxicated.
CAMPUS COURTYARD APTS — A woman and her boyfriend who was visiting had an argument and she asked him to leave. She then said he could stay the night since he lives three hours away. The boyfriend left the apartment on foot in an unknown direction.
WILDWOOD VILLAS APTS — Police responded to a domestic dispute where a couple was involved in a verbal argument. The boyfriend left the residence for the remainder of the evening.
SEASONS APTS — The driver of a blue car struck a stair railing while attempting to park her vehicle. The driver was charged with DUI.
SUBWAY — An unknown black male brandished a semi-automatic weapon and demanded money. The suspect has a blue “hoodie,” dark pants and something white covering his face.
NORTH MAIN STREET — A man said someone took a 50 foot pressure washer hose from his shed.

Georgia State Patrol Incidents
On Friday, troopers issued seven citations and 38 warnings, assisted two motorists, investigate five crashed and helped three injured people.
On Saturday, troopers issued 13 citations and 42 warnings, assisted three motorists, investigate two crashed and helped one injured person.
