            Rosalba Zamorano Melgar, 30, Mikell Street — passing in on a no-pass zone, reckless driving, driving with a suspended license.

            Rhonda Ann Rodriguez, 30, Bird Road — no driver's license.

            Kustegan Octavcus Davis, 24, Owens Road — theft by receiving stolen property.

            Charles Cannon Williams, 24, East Main Street — simple battery.

            Christopher Sheffield, 20, Old Louisville Road, Millen — two counts probation violation (Superior Court) and one count probation violation (state court).

            Wyman Thomas Moxley, 51, Mt. Vernon Road, Vidalia — felony theft by deception.

            Anthony Mantory Everett,  19, Sinkhole Road — obstruction, disorderly conduct.

            Martavious Jamal Hobbs, 19, Sinkhole Road — obstruction, disorderly conduct.

Georgia State Patrol Arrests

            Daniel Bryans, 26, Sutton Trailer Park, Claxton — DUI (.204).

            William Popovich, 56, Traveler's Palm Drive, Edgewater, Fla. — DUI (pending test results).

            Troopers issued 43 traffic violation citations Sunday.

Georgia Southern University Arrests

            Clifford Walker Bragg III, 20,  Forehand Lane, Sylvania — underage possession of alcohol and public indecency.

            THURSDAY — Officers issued for traffic violation citations.

            FRIDAY — Officers issued four traffic citations.

            SATURDAY — Officers issued 11 traffic citations.

            SUNDAY — Officers issued three traffic citations .                 

            Justin Kyle Hall, 25,  Katherine Avenue — public intoxication and obstruction of an officer.

            Christopher Alan McCalmont, 33,  Claiborne Avenue — DUI.

            Toni Michelle White, 21,  Buie Circle, Pembroke — DUI, failure to maintain lane, driving with a suspended license, and open-container violation.

            Tareq Muhammad Dowla, 20,  Manassas Run, Stone Mountain, Ga. — DUI; knowingly driving a vehicle on suspended, canceled or revoked registration; no proof of insurance; and defective equipment.

            Sidney Kent Stafford, 24, Rushing Street, Glennville —  public intoxication and defective equipment.

Statesboro Police Incidents      

            No incidents filed.

Bulloch Sheriff's Incidents        

            PAMELA WAY — (Statesboro) A man said an unknown man came onto his property and spun wheels, causing damage to several mobile home lots.

            BURKHALTER ROAD — (Statesboro) A man doing flag duty near a road construction site reported a woman disregarded his orders and drove around him, not waiting until the roadway was cleared for safety.

            BROOK RUN DRIVE — (Register) A woman said she and her son were in a verbal altercation with a man who left to go to a neighbor's house. He returned intoxicated and pulled a knife from is pocket, but did not open it. Then he went inside and got a .22 rifle, which he pointed at her son several times. The son told the man to  "shoot him if he was going to," reports stated. When deputies arrived after the offender called 911 himself, the offender said he did not have a rifle. Deputies found it hidden in bushes and arrested the man.

            HOLLAND ROAD — (Register) A man said someone stole a 400-foot roll or copper wire.

            CHANCE'S MOBILE HOME PARK — (Clito) A woman said electronics were taken from a mobile home. Deputy's reports failed to list the items taken.

Georgia State Patrol Incidents  

            Troopers issued 24 warnings, assisted two motorists and investigated a crash resulting in two injuries.

Georgia Southern University Incidents

            RECREATION ACTIVITY CENTER — Someone reported a wallet taken.

            WINURN HALL — A resident reported her bicycle missing.

            SOUTHERN COURTYARD — Somene complained of loud music .

            JOHNSON HALL — A fire was reported in a dumpster near Johnson Hall.

            OLYMPIC BOULEVARD  — A video arcade game was damaged at the Sigma Chi House.

            THURSDAY — Officers issued  two traffic warnings, investigated one traffic accident, assisted one motorist, and responded to two alarms.

            FRIDAY — Officers issued three traffic warnings, investigated one traffic accident, and assisted two motorists.

            SATURDAY — Officers issued six traffic warnings.

            SUNDAY — Officers issued three traffic citations and one traffic warning.

            Bulloch County Sheriff's Department — nine calls.

            Statesboro Police Department — 14 calls.

            Georgia State Patrol Post 45 — seven calls.

            Candler County Sheriff's Department — nine calls.

            Statesboro Fire Department — one call.

            Bulloch County volunteer firefighters — two calls.

            Metter Fire Department — one call.

            Central 911 operators dispatched the following calls Sunday:

            Bulloch County EMS — 14 medical calls.  

            Candler County EMS — four medical calls. 

            Evans County EMS — six medical calls.   

            Central 911 operators also routed three calls to Bryan County 911.
