Tuesday will bring a regular City Council meeting at 9 a.m., followed by a council work session on overhauling the Alcoholic Beverage Ordinance.The agenda for the 9 a.m. meeting includes an announcement by Allen Muldrew, the Downtown Statesboro Development Authority executive director, about the Tax Allocation District program.Two traffic-related agenda items could aid in development of new grocery stores, City Manager Frank Parker said. One of these is a median cut onto Veterans Memorial Parkway between Jones Mill Road and Northside Drive East. The other is a traffic signal on Fair Road at Brampton Avenue.
