Democratic candidate for Bulloch County Commission Seat 2D, Carlos C. Brown Jr., hopes to help encourage new business and industry to come to the area should he be elected to the seat. Following the May 22 primary, Brown will face one of two Republican challengers in the November election: Jeff Klare or Timmy Rushing. The seat will be vacated, as incumbent Robert Rushing decided not to run again.
