A man arrested last week for harboring a teenage runaway is the girl's father, but family members suspect inappropriate behavior, according to law enforcement reports. In addition to being named a suspect in the runaway's case, Weylon Robert Wallace, 36, of Kyle Sorrell Road, was arrested in 2012 for inappropriate behavior with teenage juvenile girls, reports state. A relative of the teen also shared concerns with Bulloch County sheriff's deputies regarding suspected incestuous behavior between Wallace and his daughter, according to reports.
