Two men caught in the act of breaking into a local business ended up behind bars Sunday, said Bulloch County Sheriff Lynn Anderson.
Deputies arrived at Allied Metal Recycling on U.S. 301 South around
5:08 p.m. Sunday in response to a call about a burglary in progress, he said.
“Upon arrival, deputies noted forced entry into the office,” he said. “Deputies entered the office through a small window and were able to arrest” two suspects.
Rashad Jaquez Brack, 18, Longwood Drive, and Lance Danntavian Dunbar, 21, Highland Road, Baton Rouge, LA, were “in the process of breaking into the office safe,” he said.
Both suspects were taken to the Bulloch County Jail, where they remain without bond as they await further court hearings, Anderson said.
