A man and woman charged after shots were fired at a condominium complex Thursday remain in jail without bond, facing multiple charges each, according to Bulloch County Jail records. Clarence Tillman, 24, and Roya Nicole James-McLean, 21, both of Lanier Drive, were arrested Thursday after Statesboro police responded to a report of shots fired at Eagle Court Condominiums around 12:30 p.m. As officers were dispatched to the scene, Bulloch County 911 operators alerted them by radio that a tall black man with no hair, wearing a white tank top and shorts, driving a white car, was being chased by another man in foot. According to emergency radio reports, police detained a suspect a short time afterward.
