Erica Bogdanowitz became the bride of Robert Cornell "Robby" Dismuke on December 12, 2009, at 6:30 p.m. at the Ritz Carlton Lodge in Lake Oconee, Ga. The Rev. Hambric Brooks officiated.
    The bride is the daughter of Val and Carol Bogdanowitz of Vicenza, Italy, and is the granddaughter of Camillo A. Bondatti and the late Augusta A. Bondatti and J. Douglas Gilkerson and the late Carol A. Bogdanowitz.
    The groom is the son of Dr. Gail Drake Dismuke and the late John Cornell Dismuke of Statesboro, Ga., and is the grandson of Dorothy R. Drake and the late Robert G. Drake and Frances H. Dismuke and the late Cornell Dismuke.
    Given in marriage by her father, Val Bogdanowitz, the bride wore a full-length strapless gown of candlelight silk shantung with a bodice and train embossed with Chantilly lace. She carried a bouquet of roses and miniature calla lilies.
    The sole attendants were the flower girl and ring bearer, Robert Parker "Bo" Brown, 3, pulling a white wagon occupied by his sister, Lexsy Elizabeth Brown, 6 months.
    Capt. Doug Bogdanowitz, brother of the bride; and Franklin Dismuke, brother of the groom, served as ushers.
    Following the ceremony, the bride and groom hosted a reception in the Ritz Carlton Lodge Ballroom.
    The couple now resides in Bluffton, S.C.
