After a strong performance that yielded a 1-2 record at last weekend’s USF Invitational, Georgia Southern's softball team returns to Statesboro for the 2012 Eagle Classic beginning today.
    The five-team tournament brings Kentucky, Radford, Jacksonville State, North Florida and Albany to Bulloch County for three days of softball action.
    The first game each day begins at 9:30 a.m. today, Saturday and Sunday. The Eagles will play at 3:30 p.m. each day.
