STATESBORO, Ga. -- Brandon Trey Lively, age 24, died Tuesday evening. He lived in the Portal area most of his life and was a 2012 graduate of Portal High School.
    Brandon was employed with Howard Lumber and Hardware and currently worked in the construction business.
    Surviving are his daughter, Annie Lively of Metter; his father and stepmother, Ricky and Paula Lively of Statesboro; his mother, Tracy Jenkins Lively of Brooklet; three brothers, Ricky Lively and Aaron Lively, both of Statesboro; and Reese Lively of Brooklet; a stepbrother, Dalton Lucas of Statesboro; a stepsister, Chelsey Lucas of Statesboro; his maternal grandmother, Jean Warren of Statesboro; and his aunts and uncles, Stacy Jenkins of Statesboro, David Lively of Orlando, Fla.; Everett Jenkins and Kevin Warren, both of Statesboro.
    The family will receive visitors on Friday from 5 p.m. until 7 p.m. at Joiner-Anderson Funeral Home in Statesboro.
    The funeral will be Saturday at 2 p.m. in the chapel of Joiner-Anderson. Interment will follow in Bulloch Memorial Gardens.
    Pallbearers will be Dalton Lucas, Justin Roberts, Caleb Smith, Cody Fitzsimmons, Reese Lively and Aaron Lively.
