The inaugural SHE Expo will bring together women from Statesboro and beyond Saturday to offer information that will help then make better decisions about their health, wellness, lifestyles and beauty. The free event is also for families, community-based organizations, medical professionals, and fitness, beauty and wellness experts. 

Hosted by the Statesboro Herald, Saturday’s expo be full of inspiration and fun. The day-long event, with East Georgia Regional Medical Center as title sponsor and Ricky Lane, DDS, as presenting sponsor, will provide information on health issues and available services and resources, as well as comprehensive wellness. 

The event will be held at the Nessmith-Lane Conference Center on the Georgia Southern campus from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. SHE is free and open to the public.

Attendees at the Expo will receive medical information, free health screenings, samples and makeovers, and see beauty, health and fitness demonstrations. Two break-out session demonstrations will focus on self-defense and fitness for new moms.
