Drivers on Interstate 16 in Bulloch County on Sunday morning may experience some traffic delays. Georgia Power has received a permit from the state Department of Transportation to initiate rolling roadblocks between mile markers 114 and 121 in Bulloch County between 7 a.m. and noon. According to a DOT release, law enforcement will operate the rolling roadblock at 20 mph and it is not expected to exceed 15 minutes .
