Incidents
    ZAXBY’S — A man told police around 12:30 p.m. Sunday that an employee was the victim of a flimflam change scam.
    PARK PLACE APARTMENTS — A woman reported the theft of a white 2014 Toyota Camry around 12:30 a.m. Sunday.
    DELUXE INN — Police investigated the report of simple battery around
8:15 p.m. Monday, but no details were listed in the incident report.
    MIDTOWN BAR & GRILL — Police responded to a reported fight around 1:20 a.m. Sunday and found one man suffering visible injuries. He declined medical assistance, and others involved were not at the scene.
    WILLOW BEND APARTMENTS — Three witnesses told police around 12:03 a.m. Monday that they saw a group of males arguing before a gunshot was fired. The group scattered, they said. Police did not locate any shell casings or other evidence.
    KMART — An employee was arrested around 3:50 p.m. Saturday for stealing $220 from her register.
    NORTH MAIN/EAST OLLIFF STREETS — A man reported being punched in the eye by another around 10 p.m. Saturday.
    SUCCESS COURT — A woman told police around 11:30 p.m. Friday that her brother struck her in the face with a liquor bottle.
    PARK PLACE APARTMENTS — Officers responded to a call about an altercation involving a brick around 9:15 p.m. Thursday. Witnesses said a man struck a car several times with a concrete block and threw it through a car window, shattering it. The block struck a passenger in the shoulder and neck, and the incident was witnessed by a small child. The female victim was taken to the hospital and the suspect, who fled, was not located immediately.
