Arrests
    Carl Edward Clark, 63, Stiles Inn — wanted person.
    Aisle Marianna Dawson, 25, Woodman Drive, Marietta — disorderly conduct.

Incidents
    BAY STREET — Police met with two women around 2:45 p.m. Wednesday who were arguing over who owned a specific cellphone.
    WAL-MART — An employee called for police assistance after asking a woman to leave the store around 1:15 p.m. Wednesday. Reports did not include details of what the woman did to cause a scene, but she was arrested for disorderly conduct.

Arrests
    Scott Eugene Ulmer, 31, Todd Kicklighter Road, Claxton — cocaine possession, impeding the flow of traffic, possession of a drug-related object.
    Michael Phillip Barger, 19, Cromarty Drive, Acworth, Ga. — aggravated battery, possession of a scheduled IV controlled substance with intent to distribute, marijuana possession, marijuana possession with intent to distribute, possession of a drug-related object, unlawful use of communication facilities, possession of a false ID.
    Mason Louis Lindsey, 19, Cromarty Drive — marijuana possession, possession of a schedule II controlled substance.
    Santos Alley, 37, Bird Road — no driver’s license.
    Christopher Steven Harvey, 28, Georgia Highway 24 — possession of a schedule II controlled substance, original container required for prescription drugs, marijuana possession, possession of a drug-related object, suspended license.
    David Loran Boykin Jr., 37, Langston Drive, Grovetown — marijuana possession, suspended license, expired tag.
    Richard Mark Prier, 32, Langston Drive, Grovetown — marijuana possession.

Incidents
    STILSON-LEEFIELD ROAD — A woman told deputies around 11:50 a.m. Wednesday that another woman followed her and tried to run her off the road as she was driving.

GEORGIA SOUTHERN UNIVERSITY POLICE
Arrests
    None reported Wednesday.

Incidents
    Officers issued three traffic warnings and assisted two motorists Wednesday.
