Iris Miriam Vencente-Garcia, 26, Strawberry Lane, Metter — speeding, driving without valid license.
Davius Shaquell Holly, 21, Denmark Street — theft by taking, theft by taking (automobile), obstruction. 
Esclario Jamaal Holly, 22, Denmark Street — theft by taking, theft by taking (automobile), obstruction. 
Brent Aaron Leblanc, 20, Southbend Drive — theft by shoplifting.

Incidents
PRESTON DRIVE— A woman said someone, claiming to be from Jamaica, called her and said she’d won a large sum of money. 
GARRY’S RADIATOR SERVICE — Scrap metal was reported stolen.

Arrests
Christi Mignon Davidson, 44, Sterling Road, Pembroke — battery.
Meckel Henry, 30, Julius Circle, Brooklet — crossing of guard lines with weapons, drugs or intoxicants.

Arrests
Troopers issued two seat belt citations, one child restraint citation, two speeding citations, and seven total citations Tuesday.

Incidents 
Troopers investigated four crashes with no injuries; stopped 14 vehicles; patrolled 286 miles; issued six speeding warnings and 11 total warnings; and assisted one motorist.
    
GEORGIA SOUTHERN UNIVERSITY POLICE
Arrests
Officers issued one traffic citation Tuesday.
Cody Mark Hoch, 21, Bell Road, Brooklet — DUI, seat belt requirement, operating unsafe vehicle.

Incidents
Officers issued four traffic warnings and assisted two motorists Tuesday.
