Incidents
    DISCOUNT BEVERAGE AND TOBACCO — A man stole 25 Zippo lighters valued at $30 each by breaking into a display case and concealing the lighters on his person around 9 p.m. Monday. At the same time on the same day, an unknown man also shoplifted a bottle of beer in the same manner while two others tried to help him by hiding him from view.
    ELM STREET — A woman told police around 1:30 p.m. Monday that another woman picked up a cinder block and threatened to harm her with it.
    ROBIN HOOD TRAIL — An officer noted graffiti on road signs and business signs, as well as the sidewalk, around 8 a.m. Monday.
