James Len Goodwin, 28, Country Road, Fruithurst, Ala. — public intoxication.
Amanda Grace McMillan, 19, Waters Bridge Court, Covington — underage possession of alcohol, obstruction.
Laura Elizabeth Gover, 24, Maple Creek Court, Martinez — speeding, DUI.
Esonia Marie Webb, 20, Garden District — DUI under 21, underage possession of alcohol.

BROAD STREET — A man reported the theft of $120 cash and a laptop power cord.
EAST PARRISH STREET — A man reported the theft of white plastic lawn chairs from his property.
PARK PLACE APARTMENTS — A juvenile told police a person touched her inappropriately, causing a fight. The juvenile’s parents did not wish to press charges.
COMFORT INN & SUITES — A man found intoxicated and asleep in the parking lot was arrested on public intoxication charges.
HOBBY LOBBY — Someone reported the theft of a canister set valued at $89, a set valued around $40, and another set valued at $25.
111 SOUTH/RUCKER LANE — A woman said a man shoved her several times and threw her cellphone, breaking it.
UNIVERSITY PLAZA — A woman found passed out was later charged with underage possession of alcohol.
CHANDLER ROAD — Someone stole a stereo and prescription medicines from a vehicle.
UNIVERSITY POINTE APARTMENTS — A woman said someone stole speakers and amplifiers from a vehicle.
VALLEY ROAD — Someone stole a Ruger semiautomatic handgun.
MIKELL STREET — Two male juveniles fought when one became angry during a basketball game.

Emiliano Ledesma, 45, Sandpiper Drive — public intoxication.
Hirvin Ortega Marcelano, 18, Granite Circle, Metter — bench warrant.
Edwin Bernard Miller, 54, Johnny Brannen Road — probation violation.
Willie Frank Polk, 73, Troy Polk Road, Portal — bench warrant.

OLD DILL ROAD — (Portal) Two women fought after arguments via Facebook and text messages.
WILLOW HILL ROAD — (Portal) A man reported fraudulent charges on his CORE Credit Union account.
BULLOCH COUNTY SHERIFF’S OFFICE — Three women, in separate incidents, reported fraudulent charges on bank accounts.
TEAL CIRCLE — (Statesboro) A man was found lying near a fire, intoxicated. He could not say why he was there, and he did not live there. He was arrested for public intoxication.
