    Gary Lee, 38, Johnson Street — driving without a valid license.
    Jacob Thomas Jenkins, 17, Broomstraw Trace, Ellabell — theft by shoplifting.

Incidents
    PARK PLACE APARTMENTS — A woman told police around 7:45 p.m. Monday that a neighbor struck her child at a birthday party.
    WAL-MART — A teenage boy was arrested around 1:15 p.m. Monday for shoplifting a box of doughnuts.

Arrests
    Krystal Leean Thigpen, 33, Linden Drive, Savannah — theft by taking firearm, theft by taking (seven counts), theft by conversion (seven counts).
    Melvin Randall Moon, 48, Miller Street Extension — suspended license.
    Dauntavious Jaequone Robinson, 18, U.S. Highway 301 South — first-degree burglary.
    Anthony Kalen Wynn, 38, North Grady Street, Claxton — suspended license, speeding, bench warrant.
    Jessica Leann Conner, 27, Lanier Drive — marijuana possession with intent to distribute.

Incidents
    TWO CHOP ROAD — A woman told deputies around 8:30 p.m. Monday that a man grabbed her and handled her roughly during an argument about a lawn mower.

GEORGIA SOUTHERN UNIVERSITY POLICE
Arrests
    Joshua Russell Manley, 20, Georgia Avenue — underage possession of alcohol, obstruction.

Incidents
    Officers issued 10 traffic citations and four traffic warnings and assisted three motorists Monday.
    CHANDLER ROAD/GEORGIA AVENUE — An officer saw a man stumbling and lying down around midnight Friday. The man at first didn’t respond to efforts by the officer to get him to stop, but when the officer did get his attention, the man fled. He tried jumping a ditch and fell in the mud. After finding him hiding near Eagle Village, the officer arrested him for underage possession of alcohol and obstruction.
