LOWE'S - A man said someone using the name of another Bulloch County resident charged almost $2,000 locally as well as made similar charges in Atlanta, Woodstock and Tennessee.
UNIVERSITY VILLAGE AT SOUTHERN - A woman said her baby's father took her car keys and would not return them. He did so after she called police.
THE CONNECTION APARTMENTS - A woman said two men from Mississippi and Arkansas scammed her into sending money orders.
WILDWOOD VILLAS - A woman told police that her neighbors threatened her with bodily harm.

STILSON ELEMENTARY SCHOOL - A man wanted to walk his daughter to class to discuss a toe injury the daughter sustained. The principal denied his request but allowed him to talk to the school nurse. He still tried to walk his daughter to class and was told he could be arrested for disruption of a public school. He also was informed of an altercation in which the girl was involved the previous school day, but she had not told her teacher she was in a fight. The man left with his daughter.
OLD RIGGS MILL ROAD - A woman reported that someone used a yard statue to shatter her car window and steal a wallet containing cash and identification.
HIGHWAY 80 WEST - A woman allowed her daughter to spend the night with a friend and the friend's mother. The complainant then discovered inappropriate messages via Snapchat from the other girl's mother to her daughter. When confronted, the offender began sending the complainant threatening texts about the complainant's daughter.
EMIT DEAL ROAD - A man called deputies about a missing four-wheeler, then found it a mile from his home, in some woods.
ALLIED METAL - A man who sold metal for about $14 added a "1" to the check he received as payment, making it appear to be written for about $114. Warrants will be taken out for forgery, according to reports.
CRICKET HOLLOW LANE - A man from out of state reported that his son, who he picked up from staying with his mother for the summer, told him that his stepfather had beaten him several times with a belt, leaving marks. Deputies told the father he had to come back to Georgia to press charges, but they took a report for documentation and discussed investigating the matter when the man and his son, of whom he has full custody, returns to Georgia.
