    Kelsey Parrish, 38, Oakcrest Drive — suspended license, no proof of insurance.
    Lauren May Nesselrode, 22, South Edgewood Drive — DUI, failure to maintain lane.
    Katherine J. Beall, 22, East 4th Street, East Point —public intoxication.
 
Incidents
    PROCTOR STREET — A man reported damage to a window screen at his residence.
    WALMART — An employee reported being harassed by two other women at her work place, over a past altercation that took place in another county.
    O’NEAL DRIVE — A woman found passed out in a yard was unresponsive when police arrived, but when EMS responded to the scene, she was able to respond verbally. However, she would not cooperate with police or EMTs, so she was arrested. Officers took her to the hospital first, then transported her to the Bulloch County Jail on public intoxication charges.

Incidents
    JACKSON ROAD — (Statesboro) A tractor trailer rig snagged power and utility lines, bringing them down.
    KENDRICKS ROAD — (Brooklet) A woman said a man sends unwanted texts and other communication and refuses to stop even though she has asked him to do so.
    STAGE COACH ROAD — (Statesboro) A woman said she receives texts and other messages from a woman who had a previous affair with the complainant’s husband.
