    The shelter reported the following activity during the week of June 24-30:
    Surrendered by citizens — 21 dogs and 26 cats from rural county areas; four cats from City of Statesboro.
    Collected by officers — eight dogs and one cat from rural county areas; four dogs and one cat from City of Statesboro.
    Adopted from shelter — four dogs and six cats.
    Reclaimed by owners — four dogs.
    Died at shelter — one dog and 35 cats.
    Euthanized — 12 dogs and 24 cats.
    Fees collected — $170.
