Bulloch County Sheriff's Office

HIDDEN HILL ROAD - A man called a woman and offered to help her lower the interest rates on a Capital One credit card. When she said she did not have one, he argued that she did. She reported the phone call as a scam.
HIGHWAY 301 NORTH - A woman said that a man who claimed to be named "Bob White" demanded she send him $200 as a processing fee because she had won a clearinghouse prize. She reported the call as a scam and asked him not to call again.
INTERSTATE 16 - A man had a flat tire on a car hauler and left it while he used another hauler to take a repossessed vehicle to another location. When he returned for the disabled car hauler, he found that it had been stolen.
SWEETHEART LANE - A woman said that a man attacked her physically. The man said he only pushed her when she made a vulgar comment involving his recently deceased father.
BURKHALTER ROAD -A man said that the mother of his children stole a check, made it out to herself and cashed it.
BURKHALTER MOBILE HOME PARK - A man said that neighbors intentionally fired bottle rockets at his home. The accused neighbor, a juvenile, said it was an accident.
BROOKLET-LEEFIELD ROAD - A dog was seized by humane enforcement officers after attacking and injuring two victims, one a juvenile. The juvenile was taken to the emergency room, and EMS treated the other victim at the scene.
HIGHWAY 301 SOUTH - A juvenile kept bumping into another person and pulling her hair, so she body slammed him, and he called 911.
ROSCOE LARISCY LANE - A man and woman, both intoxicated, fought, and the woman hit the man with a glass liquor bottle. He suffered a laceration near the eye.
COUNTRY CLUB ROAD - A woman reported the theft of a handgun.
SPRING CREEK ROAD - A woman said that a man drives past her home while revving his engine and pointing his finger at her like he is firing a gun. She said the harassment stems from a prior disagreement.
PRETORIA RUSHING ROAD - A woman said that she saw three "large women" stealing watermelons and placing them in the trunk of a black Honda Accord. The witness provide a tag number.
SWALLOWTAIL DRIVE -A man discovered that his wife had been unfaithful, so he shared conversations she had with other men on Facebook. She didn't like it and asked deputies to make him delete the post. A deputy told her that he wasn't the Facebook police and that she needed to report the social media content to Facebook. He also told both the man and woman that posting such comments on social media causes more drama and advised them both to refrain from posting things like that to avoid future conflicts.

Statesboro Police Department
AUTO BARN - Two people engaged in a physical struggle over a repossessed vehicle. Each was advised to seek warrants through magistrate court, as witness accounts were conflicting.
SOUTHERN DOWNS - Someone reported the theft of a wallet, $50 cash, debit and credit cards and keys.

Georgia Southern University Police

Georgia State Patrol Post 45
Between Friday and Sunday, troopers investigated 19 crashes with 12 reported injuries. They also issued five citations and two warnings for seatbelt violations, one citation for child restraint violations, and 41 citations and 68 warnings for speeding.
