Police Report, 7-25-15: Two men got into a fight after one man took a stuffed animal from the other.

Lawson Carter Rushing, 22, Wellington Circle - DUI, failure to maintain lane.

Incidents
KMART - A female employee reportedly stole about $105 worth of candy, water and salad dressing, $179 worth of electronics and $193 worth of beauty supplies, as well as $172 worth of clothing. Her employer said she stole over $2,200 worth of items in 14 different shoplifting incidents, and warrants will be sought.
In a separate incident, store managers said another female employee stole lip balm, cleansers, clothing, two boxes of honey buns, a razor, a notebook, mattress tops, shoes, underwear and a "high cleavage" bra.
Yet another employee reportedly stole lip balm, nail cleaner and nail polish.
LITTLE LOTTS CREEK APARTMENTS - Two juveniles attacked another juvenile, causing visible injuries, but the victim was unable to provide the names of the offenders.
EAST MAIN STREET - Two men got into a fight after one man took a stuffed animal from the other. The victim said the offender struck him in the face and kicked him in the stomach after he took the toy from the offender.
BLUE RIDGE DRIVE - A woman told police that she is receiving calls from a woman who has harassed her before. The calls are about the caller's ex-husband and another woman and sound as if they are computer-generated, she said.

Incidents
INTERSTATE 16 - A woman told deputies that she and her friends exited a car because the driver, her boyfriend, was driving recklessly and refused to allow her to drive. He left the group and went home, where he told deputies he thought they had found another ride.
OLD REGISTER ROAD - A woman, upset because her husband comes home, drinks and does not help with the kids, told the man she was leaving. He became angry and verbally abusive, slashed a vehicle tire and threatened to kill himself, cutting his wrist in front of their two children, according to reports. He then left in the vehicle with one tire flat and said he was going to wreck and kill himself. When deputies found him back at home, where he had walked from a store where he left the vehicle, they arrested him.
