STATESBORO POLICE DEPARTMENT
Arrests
    Redmund Neal Robinson, 23, Chandler Road — marijuana possession.
    Michael Johnson, 21, address unlisted — probation violation.
    Jacqueline Nicole Mincey, 28, Johnson Street — excessive volume, giving false information, driving without a valid license.

Incidents
    THE GROVE APARTMENTS — A woman reported the theft of a bottle of Xanax and a bottle of Percocet.
    MILLHOUSE STEAKHOUSE — A dollar bill, identification cards and cologne were stolen from a vehicle.
    SPRUCE STREET — A woman said her niece and her brother argued over money, and he slammed her onto a bed. Then, the girl went outside, picked up a pickaxe, returned and slammed it on the table to scare the complainant’s brother. No one was injured or arrested.
    MAPLE DRIVE — Police called humane enforcement to seize a dog that was tied to a street sign in the sun, with no water, for over an hour.
    COLLEGE BOULEVARD — Someone stole a $400 watch.
    BALDWIN STREET — Several women fought, were struck and had hair pulled. No one was arrested.

Arrests
    Eugene Hardaway, 55, Cleveland Avenue, Millen — no insurance, license suspended.
    Cory Lee Hill, 28, Herrin Court, Pooler — probation violation.
    Deontray Antwone Lewis, 32, Miller Street Extension — Peeping Tom.
    Bailey Amber Mixon, 18, North Zetterower Road — probation violation.
    LaJohn Lee Sheppard, 30, Finch Road — altered tag, no insurance, suspended license.

Incidents
    FRANKLIN LANE — (Statesboro) A man reported harassing communications.
    SEED TICK ROAD — (Pembroke) A woman threatened to cut herself with a knife and was taken to the hospital.
    GEORGIA HIGHWAY 24 — (Statesboro) An angel-design stand, a TV and DVDs were stolen.
    WOODYARD ROAD — (Brooklet) A man said another used profanity in the presence of a teenager. One man swung at the other, who allegedly grabbed a knife and made threats of harm. The men told deputies there were threats made with a gun as well, and the man accused of having a knife said it was only his keys.

    Officers issued one traffic warning and assisted three motorists Monday.
    CARROLL BUILDING — Officers responded to suspicious activity at the Carroll building. A briefcase was left next to a trashcan. The briefcase did not contain any items. The briefcase was discarded.
    HENDERSON LIBRRY — A man who is not a student at any college or university and was using the GSU library computers to view pornographic material was banned from the GSU campus.
