    Sheila Ann Smith, 48, East Main Street — DUI, reckless driving, obstruction.
    Christopher Leo Parker, 43, Lester Fordham Road — DUI.
    Thalathia Jerrald Youmans, 36, Stadium Place Apartments — suspended registration, no proof of insurance, DUI.
    Vanta’Sha L.O. Singleton, 25, Deluxe Inn — theft by shoplifting, second offense.

Incidents
    CRESCENT AVENUE – A woman said a man slapped her in the face during a dispute.
    CHURCH STREET – Two men fought about lighting a cigarette on a stove, and when one of them began arguing with a woman, he threw water on her.
    EAST JONES AVENUE – Someone stole $400 from a car.
    CAMPUS CROSSINGS – Someone took a book bag filled with textbooks from a car.
    UNIVERSITY PINES – Someone stole cash and an iPod from a car.
    CAMBRIDGE AT SOUTHERN – Someone stole a car radio.
    SOUTHERN COVE – Several “Magic, the Gathering” cards were stolen from a mailbox.

    John Dennis Baillie, 33, Courtney Way – sexual exploitation of children with computer, sexual exploitation of children, probation violation.
    Clarence Barnard Chavers, 31, Pleasant Hill Road, Portal – probation violation.
    Luis Juan Figueroa, 62, Barn Mobile Home Park – child molestation, sexual battery of a victim younger than 16.
    Melvin Christopher Lamont Mosley, 35, Hidden Hill Lane – suspended license.
    Christopher William Turner, 23, Rocky Ford Road, Portal – probation violation.
    Christopher Booker T. Washington, 20, West Inman Street – probation violation.

Incidents
    SPELL-MINCEY ROAD – (Portal) Two men fought over a woman.
    HARVEY WILSON ROAD – (Portal) Someone stole an air conditioner.
    BARN MOBILE HOME PARK – (Statesboro) A deputy was sent to a home where school officials had been trying to contact a woman about picking up her child. She told the deputy the school knew she had no way to travel and pick the child up.
    SCOTTISH INN – (Register) A woman called deputies when the father of her toddler would not let her and the child leave the room.

    Officers issued two traffic citations Monday and two Tuesday.
    Guaberto Sorriano, 22, Bird Road – DUI, driving without license, stop sign violation and giving false information to an officer.
    Alexander Joseph Blaze, 19, Ga. 67 South – DUI and failure to maintain lane.

Incidents
    MONDAY – Officers issued five traffic warnings, assisted four motorists and responded to a false alarm at Centennial Place.
    TUESDAY – Officers issued four traffic warnings, assisted three motorists, responded to the report of a sick person at the Henderson Library and responded to a false alarm at Watson Hall and a burglar alarm at the College of Education building.
