Incidents
EAST MOCKINGBIRD LANE — A man said someone has been dumping a large amount of trash in his yard.
SOUTH EDGEWOOD DRIVE — A man admitted intentionally striking his wife’s vehicle with his own during an argument.
PLATINUM LOUNGE — A man and a woman both told police another man struck them without provocation. The offender told police he did not remember the incidents.
SIMMONS SHOPPING CENTER — A firearm was found in a flower box.
STOCKYARD ROAD — Police investigated an accident in which a victim fell out of a vehicle, and they arrested a woman for driving without a license, seat belt violation and reckless conduct.
PINE STREET — A woman said a man threatened to slap her for looking at him the way she did.
EAGLE COURT APARTMENTS — A man head-butted a woman in the face, causing visible facial injuries. He crushed her phone when she tried calling 911, she said. No arrests were made and the case remains under investigation.
MILL CREEK PARK — Someone damaged several soccer fields with a vehicle.
ED MOORE COURT — Someone tried to break into a storage unit.
WALMART — A juvenile stole and ate a chicken tender dinner and corn dog, and also shoplifted plastic cups, tumblers, a ring, and other items.
CVS PHARMACY — A man shoplifted a six-pack of grape-flavored energy shots.
WOODLANDS APARTMENTS — A man reported a PlayStation 3 and game stolen.
LOWE’S — A woman said a man she knows struck her in the throat.
SUPER KIDS CHILD CARE CENTER — An injured-person case was turned over to the city marshal’s office for investigation.
COPPER BEECH TOWN HOMES — Someone reported the theft of jewelry, an iPod and textbooks.
GEORGIA AVENUE — A woman was arrested on aggravated assault charges after injuring a man with a knife. The injuries were minor in nature.

James Ray Naude, 22, Ogeechee Drive — falsifying statements and concealing facts.

FRIENDSHIP CHURCH ROAD — (Statesboro) A man reported two firearms stolen.
BRODIE METER — (Statesboro) A woman reported checks connected to a secret shopper scheme were being issued in the company’s name, without permission, and the checks are fraudulent.
HONDA KUBOTA — (Statesboro) A gray 1949 8N Ford tractor was stolen.
PRINCESS LANE — (Statesboro) A man responded to an ad offering an advertising wrap on his vehicle related to a nonalcoholic beverage, possibly Red Bull. He received a check to do so, along with a promise that a representative would come by and install the vehicle wrap. He went to the bank and found the $3,850 check was fraudulent.
