Police report - 3-4-15; A man told police his girlfriends estranged husband threatened him.

Incidents
    SHENANIGANS — Police released a report Monday regarding a Feb. 21 incident that occurred around 11:45 p.m. at the bar. The complainant did not meet with police until around 3:20 p.m. Saturday, and he said he didn’t know who assaulted him because he was intoxicated. He reported several bruises and superficial injuries. He did recall being escorted out of the bar by bouncers, he said.
    SOUTHERN VILLAS APARTMENTS — A man told police around 1:30 p.m. Saturday that his girlfriend’s estranged husband threatened him via social media, stating he would harm the complainant.
    PARK PLACE APARMENTS — A woman told police around 2:30 p.m. Saturday that her husband, whom she said had mental issues, broke her glasses and dragged her down steps, injuring her back. The man was taken for a mental evaluation at a hospital.
    Officers questioned two suspicious juveniles found in a parking lot around 1:34 a.m. Monday. They were in violation of curfew, and one gave false information. After the officer contacted the Department of Juvenile Justice, the boys were turned over to parents.
    SOUTH WALNUT STREET — A woman told police around 9:30 a.m. Saturday that another female has stalked her by coming to her home three times, her place of employment twice, called her work and called her home 50 times in spite of being told to stop.
    WEST INMAN STREET — A woman told police around 1:30 p.m. Sunday that a man she knew struck her and caused injury.
    SOUTH GEORGIA IMMEDIATE CARE — A woman told police around 6:30 p.m. Sunday that she walked out and saw a man jump from behind a dumpster and flee. Police did not locate the suspicious person.
    BENSON DRIVE — A man told police around 3:30 p.m. Sunday that an unknown male stopped at his elderly mother’s house and asked whether she wanted to sell her riding lawnmower. The man was seen stopping at several other homes in the neighborhood, but when police arrived he was gone.
    MORRIS STREET — A man told police around 9:30 p.m. Sunday that a silver 2001 Chevrolet Monte Carlo was stolen.
    UNIVERSITY PLAZA — An officer saw a man fall against a vehicle around 12:50 a.m. Sunday. The man was underage, drinking, and was arrested.
    BUCKHAVEN WAY — A man was arrested around 6:15 p.m. Sunday after an altercation with a woman during which she suffered injuries.

    Windy Foy Kennedy, 41, Todd Kicklighter Road – possession of a Schedule I controlled substance, possession of drug related objects, second degree cruelty to children.
    Stephen Daniel Smith, 23, Cordage Circle – bench warrant.
    Scott Eugene Ulmer, 32, Wilton Threatte Road, Claxton – registration/license violations, original container required for prescription medications, possession of a Schedule IV controlled substance, sale, distribution or possession of dangerous drugs.
    Calvin Leron Walker, 33, Lanier Drive – use of a communications facility during the commission of a felony involving drugs, cocaine possession.
    Alicia Ann Reed Wilkerson, 27, Hwy. 23, Twin City – possession of Schedule I or I controlled substance, probation violation.
    Franklin Williams, 26, Castle Rock Road, Beaufort, SC – felony theft by taking.

Incidents
    PAGE PLACE ROAD – (Statesboro) Around 11:50 p.m. Monday a man reported the theft of a tool box and tools from his home.
    PLEASANT LANE – (Portal) Saturday around 7:45 p.m. deputies responded to a reported physical altercation between a man and woman.  Deputies spoke with residents in the area and determined the call unfounded, then looked for a suspect who is known for making false reports of crimes.
    MUD ROAD – (Brooklet) Saturday around 9 p.m. deputies responded to a call about a physical altercation.  A man said two intoxicated men came to his home and attacked him physically before leaving.
COLFAX ROAD WEST – Saturday around 8 p.m. a man reported his father took a TV that belonged to him. The father told deputies the son gave him the TV, which was broken, and he repaired it and sold his older TV, giving the son the money for the other TV.. Deputies told each party the issue is a civil matter.

Officers issued two traffic violation citations Monday.

Officers issued one traffic warning and assisted two motorists Monday.
EAGLE VILLAGE APARTMENTS — A woman told police around 3:20 p.m. Feb. 24 that a man broke her bedroom window. A friend of the man paid for damages, but the offender continued harassing the woman and another man via social media over disagreements.
