    David Lee, 49, Akins Circle (Brooklet) — wanted person.
    Jamichael O’Neil Kirkland, 21, Red Oak Road (Swainsboro) —  marijuana possession with intent to distribute, manufacturing, distributing, dispensing or possessing controlled substance near park or housing project.
    Rafael Demetrius Mack, 24, Railroad Avenue (Twin City) —  cocaine possession with intent to distribute, possession of marijuana within 1,000 feet of a housing project, possession of marijuana with intent to distribute.
    Calvin Oryan Washinton, 27, West Street (Swainsboro) — probation violation.
    Jessica Lakeya Outler, 25, Herrington Avenue (Swainsboro) — giving false information.
    James M Irby, 33, Riverglen Drive (Reverdale) —  probation violation.
    Donald Lynn Roberts, 51, Olliff Hill Road — failure to report striking fixed object with vehicle.
    Robert Slaton Joyner III, 24, Bennock Mill Road (Augusta) — no proof of motor vehicle insurance, driving with suspended, cancelled or revoked license, possession of marijuana.

Incidents
    DOS PRIMOS MEXICAN RESTAURANT — A man reported being hit in the neck by an unknown man unprovoked. The offender fled before police arrived.
    PARK PLACE APARTMENTS — A burglary was reported in which a CD player, a collection of coins and assorted clothing were taken.
    MORRIS HEIGHTS APARTMENTS — Someone threw an object through the back bedroom window of a residence.
    UNIVERSITY PINES — A man reported someone had cut the lock on his bicycle and stolen the property from his residence.
    STATESBORO HIGH SCHOOL — A woman reported her son’s bookbag had been stolen from the football field. The bag contained a cell phone, jewelry and clothing.

    SURREY LANE — A woman reported a criminal trespassing after someone moved her decorative boards located by the roadway and placed them in a tree.
    KENDRICKS ROAD — A woman reported financial fraud, claiming a former boyfriend obtained her debit card number and charged several unauthorized purchases in the amount of $150.50.
   
GEORGIA SOUTHERN UNIVERSITY POLICE
Arrests
    Officers issued three traffic citations Thursday.
    Roger Blake Wills, 19, Southern Pines — possession of a controlled substance, possession of marijuana and original container required.
    Zachary Todd Vanotteren, 22, Catherine Avenue — reckless driving.
    Christopher John Hites, 19, Windhurst Drive, Lilburn, Georgia — underage possession of alcohol, obstruction of an officer and giving false information to an officer.
Incidents
    Officers issued five traffic warnings, assisted two motorists, responded to three alarms and investigated one accident Thursday.
    SOUTHERN PINES — a drug complaint was reported.
    CENTENNIAL PLACE — a case of harassment was reported.     
    LAKESIDE CAFE — a counterfeit $20 bill was discovered.
