    Latoya Gertrude Baskin Blackmon, 29, Palmetto Court Apartments — simple assault (family violence), probation violation.
    Kimberly Roberts Nasworthy, 48, Brinson Rock Road, Midville — bench warrant.
    Moses Jamaree Key, 21, Mikell Street — theft by taking.
    Charles Odell McLoon, 44, West Paradise Drive, Winchester, Tenn. — cocaine possession, criminal trespass.

INCIDENTS
Bulloch County Sheriff’s Office
    HIGHWAY 46 — Sheriff’s investigators responded to and are investigating a report of sexual battery.
    INTERSTATE 16 — A man walked to the intersection of Arcola Road and Highway 46 seeking help because his family was stranded, with his vehicle broken down. After being informed of the man’s situation, deputies located the man and found out he had outstanding warrants. He was taken to jail. Other deputies assisted the family in getting help for the disabled car.
    THOMKIN DRIVE — A man reported the theft of a TV and Xbox.
    OLD HAPPY LANE — A woman said someone moved her go-cart from underneath a shed and moved several items inside the shed. Nothing was reported taken.
    HIGHWAY 67 — A man reported as suspicious was found to be wanted in Houston County for failure to register as a sex offender, in Crisp County for probation violation and in Laurens County for theft by taking. He gave deputies a false name and was found to have in his possession drug-related objects. All three counties where he was wanted said they would extradite him. The man was taken to jail to await extradition and court for local offenses.

Statesboro Police Department
    No incidents filed Thursday.

Georgia Southern University Police
    Officers issued no traffic citations and two traffic warnings and assisted no motorists.
