    Meshia Lashun Wiggins, 32, Pamela Way — aggressive driving, improper parking in front of a driveway.
    Christopher Nicholas Vires, 28, Glen Stewart Way, Hinesville — wanted person.

Incidents
    SCOTCH PINES AVENUE — A woman said a man called twice, disguising his voice, claiming to be outside watching her sleep.
    SOUTHERN VILLAS — A man and woman argued over their juvenile child, and the woman told police the man pulled her hair.
    RAYMOND STREET — Copper tubing was stolen from the Whitesville Community Park building.
    BUTLER HOMES — A man threatened to have someone harm a woman during an argument.
    BAYMONT INN & SUITES — A juvenile stole a TV.
    FLASH FOODS — (U.S. 301 SOUTH) A manager said an employee has been stealing money, totaling more than $1,173, over a period of time.
