▲ FERNWOOD DRIVE — Deputies responded to a call involving an assault by vehicle. No injuries were reported. The call was listed as a robbery as well, but reports did not disclose what may have been stolen.

▲ BIRD ROAD — A woman reported several items stolen during a burglary.

▲ CAWANA ROAD — A woman reported receiving harassing and threatening texts from a person using four different numbers.

▲ CLEARY ROAD — A woman said her mother harassed her by putting personal information on social media.

▲ BRADFORD WAY — A woman reported being bitten and otherwise injured when trying to break up a dog fight. Two large dogs charged her and attacked her smaller dog, she said.

▲ HIGHWAY 80 EAST — Deputies responded to a fight between men over one selling the other a TV that didn’t work.

▲ WOODLAND DRIVE — A person was arrested after harassing a man by leaving items on his property and coming to his door.

▲ JOHNSON STREET — A man reported the theft of a handgun.

▲ LOBLOLLY LANE — A woman said her ex-boyfriend tampered with her car and stole her keys.

▲ LANIER DRIVE — A man said a woman struck him in the face.

▲ EAST JONES AVENUE — Officers responded to a verbal altercation.

▲ STATESBORO PLACE CIRCLE — Someone reported a domestic dispute.

▲ Officers issued one traffic citation and two traffic warnings and assisted five motorists.

▲ LANIER DRIVE — Someone reported a suspicious person.

▲ LOT 41/C LOT/J LOT— At each location, someone was judicially referred to university authorities for discipline over an alcohol violation.

▲ CENTENNIAL PLACE — Officers arrested someone on drug possession and distribution charges (marijuana).

▲ UNIVERSITY VILLAS — Officers responded to a verbal altercation.

▲ SOUTHERN PINES — Police investigated a robbery by sudden snatching.
