ARRESTS
    Statesboro Police, Bulloch County Sheriff, Georgia Southern University and Georgia State Patrol arrests made Friday through Sunday will be reported Tuesday.

    John Steven Cordell, age and address unavailable – theft by taking (felony).

    Statesboro Police, Bulloch County Sheriff, Georgia Southern University and Georgia State Patrol incidents occurring Friday through Sunday will be reported Tuesday.

Bulloch County Animal Shelter
    The shelter reported the following activity during the week of Jan. 27 through Feb. 2:
    Surrendered by citizens – seven dogs from rural county areas and three cats from City of Statesboro.
    Collected by officers – 21 dogs and four cats from rural county areas, and one dog and one cat from City of Statesboro.
    Adopted from shelter – three dogs and two cats.
    Reclaimed by owners – three dogs.
    Died at shelter – none.
    Euthanized – 18 dogs and 17 cats.
    Fees collected – $350.
