    Frances Noelle Marshall, 20, Campus Club Apartments — possession of drug paraphernalia.
    Brittany Smith, 20, Lanier Drive — possession of drug paraphernalia. 
 
Incidents
    RUMRUNNERS — A man said he was attacked by bouncers and suffered visible injuries.
    LITTLE LOTTS CREEK APARTMENTS — A woman said someone stole $20 and a debit card from her car.
    UNIVERSITY PLACE APARTMENTS — A woman said a man she knows stalks her by following her.
    STATESBORO MUNICIPAL COURT — A judge ordered two women jailed for contempt of court on failure to appear for court regarding drug paraphernalia charges.

BULLOCH COUNTY SHERIFF’S OFFICE
Arrests
    Joseph Frantz Jr., 29, Foxridge Apartments — theft by taking, financial transaction fraud.  
    Jonathan Cornelius Moore, 19, G.W. Oliver Road  — probation violation.

Incidents
    B&D LANE — (Brooklet) A woman reported receiving threatening texts form a former boyfriend whom she suspected of damaging her parents’ mail box after she broke up with him.
    MOORE BIRD LANE —  (Register) A woman reported the theft of copper wire from an air conditioner.
    MAGNOLIA WAY —  (Statesboro) Two teens were arrested for underage possession of alcohol and illegal possession of fireworks.
    BAYGALL ROAD —  (Garfeld) A man and woman were arrested regarding theft of a tractor and harrow.

    Officers issued three traffic citations Thursday.

Incidents
    Officers issued one parking citation, five traffic warnings, aided three motorists and responded to one alarm Thursday.
    HENDERSON LIBRARY — A purse was reported lost/mislaid.
    FOREST DRIVE —  Officers responded to a university transit bus fire on Forest Drive. No injuries were reported.
