    James Adam Futch, 37, Mill Creek Road — bench warrant.
    Mark James-Bart Johnson, 28, Ponderosa Road, Portal — two counts of aggravated assault (family violence), aggravated battery (family violence), possession of a firearm or knife during the commission of a felony, two counts of terroristic threats and acts, possession of drug-related objects, first-degree cruelty to children, third-degree cruelty to children, obstruction, simple battery against a law enforcement officer.

Georgia State Patrol Post 45
    Samantha Lawson Miller, 35, Highway 119, Guyton — DUI/less safe, possession of less than an ounce of marijuana, possession of a drug-related object, driving in the wrong side of the roadway, seat belt violation.

Bulloch County Sheriff’s Office
    BULLOCH COUNTY STATE COURT — A man started shaking and fell face first on the floor. Bulloch County EMS responded and checked him, but he refused medical transport and left the premises on his own after he felt better.
Statesboro Police Department
    INSTITUTE STREET — A woman was arrested after police found prescription medication on her person, but she could not produce an original container for the medication.

Georgia Southern University Police
    Officers issued no traffic citations and no traffic warnings and assisted one motorist.
Georgia State Patrol Post 45
    Last week troopers investigated 13 crashes with three reported injuries. Troopers also issued the following: three DUI arrests, 25 seat belt citations and 10 warnings, one citation and one warning for child restraint violations, and 19 citations and 41 warnings for speeding.
