    Officers issued six citations; four for no seat belt and two for speeding.

Bulloch County Animal Shelter
    The shelter reported the following activity during the week of Feb. 4-10.
    Surrendered by citizens — five dogs and six cats from rural areas; one dog and two cats from City of Statesboro.
    Collected by officers — 10 dogs and four cats from rural areas;  dog and a cat from City of Statesboro.
    Adopted from shelter — seven dogs and a cat.
    Reclaimed by owner — two dogs.
    Died at shelter — one dog.
    Euthanized — 23 dogs and 10 cats.
    Fees collected — $392.50.
