▲ ARTHUR NUBERN JR. ROAD — A man and woman argued, and he called 911 when the woman would not allow him to leave with his child. However, he was gone when deputies arrived. The woman said the altercation became physical when he shoved her and she struck him.

▲ HENRY FUTCH ROAD — A woman said her husband threatened her by text, telling her she would “pay” and “get what is coming to her.

▲ OLD FLAT FORD ROAD — A deputy responded to reports of terroristic threats. No one was arrested, and parties involved were given information on magistrate services.

▲ INSTITUTE STREET — A person who reportedly slashed a victim’s bike tire and cut the cord to his TV was arrested on criminal trespass charges.

▲ JEWEL DRIVE — A man and woman engaged in a verbal dispute and someone called police to intervene.

▲ EAST MAIN STREET — After two 911 calls from the same residence, warrants were taken for a man’s arrest on criminal trespass charges.

▲ LESTER ROAD — A man who violated a protective order was charged with aggravated stalking.

▲ STAMBUK LANE — A man accidentally discharged a gun and shot his brother in the leg.

▲ LEWIS STREET — A man told officers he, his boyfriend and uncle were arguing and he broke his own necklace, injuring his hand.

▲ GATA DRIVE — A woman leaving The Hangout engaged in a fight involving several people. An unknown person slashed her hand deeply with a knife.

▲ CINEMA 12 — Someone set a bin filled with 3D glasses on fire. An employee dragged the bin outside and there was minimal damage and no reported injuries. The case of arson is being investigated.

▲ WAL-MART SUPERCENTER — Someone was cited for shoplifting food, clothes and a headset.

▲ DOLLAR GENERAL — Police are investigating a theft by deception case.
