Sean Thomas Coleman, 24, Caroni Drive, Rincon — probation violation.
Jonathan Shane Owens, 24, Bream Road — simple battery, reckless conduct, third degree cruelty to children, obstruction, felony theft by taking.

THOMAS VILLAGE — A man asked deputies to make a woman leave his home. She complained she had already paid rent, and he said he would gladly return her rent if she would just leave.
OAK HILL MOBILE HOME PARK — A woman struck her adult daughter in the face during an argument over Christmas presents.

Surrendered by citizens — 14 dogs in rural areas, one cat in the Statesboro city limits.
Collected by officers — eight dogs in rural areas: a dog and three cats in Statesboro city limits.
Adopted from shelter — four dogs.
Reclaimed by owner — one cat.
Died at shelter — eight dogs and six cats.
Euthanized — 22 dogs and 11 cats.
