    Jaquan Maurice Carter, 24, Lanier Drive — simple battery.
    James Anthony Miller, 27, Cedarwood Acres Mobile Home Park, Register — suspended license, window tint violation, open container, DUI (refused test), obstruction, giving false information.
    Jerome Heath, 41, Sweetheart Lane — headlights violation, suspended license.
    Jawan Jordan, 26, Church Street — battery of persons 65 or older, criminal trespass.
 
Incidents
    KNIGHT DRIVE — A man went to feed a friend’s pets and saw a strange man jump from a second-story window. The door had been shattered.
    HERITAGE SQUARE — A tenant reported $1,700 stolen in a burglary.
    RAYMOND STREET — A woman said her boyfriend choked her and threw her phone damaging it.
    KMART — A juvenile shoplifted an Xbox 360 headset and Yu-Gi-Oh cards.
    EAGLE VILLAS TOWNHOUSES — A man said his wife struck and scratched him. She said he pushed her down. Both were arrested.
    PLATINUM LOUNGE — A man said he was assaulted, and when police responded to a disturbance while he was at the emergency room, he told them he did not wish to press charges.
    MAPLEVIEW PERSONAL CARE HOME — A man said he was attacked by another during snack time.

BULLOCH COUNTY SHERIFF’S OFFICE
Arrests
    Bradley Dellums Cone, 17, Linda Drive — disorderly conduct, criminal trespass.
 
Incidents
    U.S. 80 WEST — (Portal) A man said another man threatened a female friend at his home and then went to other locations to threaten other friends.
    LYNDA DRIVE — (Statesboro) A man punched a hole in the wall and broke a curtain rod during an argument with a woman about cell phone use.
    RIVER BEND ROAD — (Statesboro) A woman said neighboring dogs caused problems and believes they chewed through wiring that caused an electric fence charger to burn up.
