    OAK STREET — A laptop computer, TV and Blu-ray player were reported stolen.
    COLLEGE WALK APARTMENTS — A woman said her husband jumped on her car hood during an argument.
    UNIVERSITY PLACE APARTMENTS — A white 1999 Oldsmobile Intrigue was reportedly stolen and found later on Josh Hagin Road.
    GEORGIA AVENUE — A man said an unknown man tried to break in through a window and was caught peeking inside the home.
    SAVANNAH AVENUE — A woman reported a gold and diamond ring missing after two young men helped her move furniture.
    CHURCH STREET — A CD player, battery and speakers were stolen from a truck.
    JOHNSON STREET — A man’s pants, containing his wallet, were stolen while he slept.

Arrests
    Meagan Beatrice Barfield, 26, Westview Apartments, Sylvania — suspended registration, no insurance.
    Carol Woodel Kaczmarick, 51, Granddaughter Avenue, Twin City — DUI, suspended registration, no insurance.
    Melanie Lyn Ward, 35, West 60th Street, Davenport IA — probation violation, giving false information.
 
Incidents
    LAKE COLLINS ROAD — (Portal) A woman said a man struck her in the face during a custody dispute, then fled the scene with their daughter. Deputies reported no visible injuries were seen on the woman, and she told them she was gathering items from the home and getting out of town.
    LAKEVIEW ROAD — (Statesboro) A man reported a cell phone, Playstation, TV and games were stolen.
    U.S. 80 WEST (Portal) — A man reported the theft of a riding lawn mower and trailer.
