No new SPD incident reports were available Monday.

Bulloch County Sheriff's Office
JONES STREET - A deputy on patrol spotted a vehicle, which was listed as belonging to someone having multiple felony warrants, turning onto South Mulberry Street. The officer made the stop, but the driver got out and ran. Despite verbal commands and two attempts to stop him with a Taser, the suspect eluded capture. The Sheriff's Office was obtaining additional warrants.
BRAMPTON DRIVE - A man reported that a firearm, no further description of which was given in the report summary, was stolen from his vehicle while it was left at Statesboro Car Wash to be cleaned.
COLFAX ROAD - A woman reported that two rings had been stolen from her home. One had a deep-purple amethyst with a diamond on each side. The other had a center sapphire, also with a diamond on each side. They were valued at about $2,000.
OLD POND LANE - Two men reported that one of them had been in a verbal confrontation with a third man who punched him in the face.
HIGHWAY 67 - A woman reported that she and her husband had argued as they traveled on Interstate 16 and that he hit her on the side of her face and told her to get out. She had walked to a convenience store and hid there. The investigating officer later spoke on the phone to the husband, who denied that the fight had become physical.
MAPLE DRIVE - A man reported that an unknown person fought with his boyfriend and broke the headlights of a semitruck in the process. The victim, who waived pressing charges, was on the floor and told the officer that someone had hit him in the head about four times.
