    GOLD KIST ROAD — A woman working through a temporary agency said her supervisor makes inappropriate comments, contacts her via cell phone after work and takes pictures of her without permission.
    LAKESIDE DRIVE — A man said a woman with “stringy blonde hair” driving a gray Ford Taurus was seen speeding away from his home. He said several items were missing and he had been burglarized.
    MILLER STREET EXTENSION — A woman said she was victimized by a scam artist who called and said her grandson was jailed in New York and she needed to send bail money. She sent a total of $5,447 in two transactions. When she called to check on her grandson, he told her he had never been jailed and had been working.

Statesboro Police Department
    LANIER DRIVE — A man told police he saw another man firing several shots, about 50 yards away from a public street, towards a group of other men. A search of the area resulted in no evidence found.
    WEST MAIN STREET — A man said after giving two people a ride, he discovered his wallet was missing.

Georgia Southern University Police
    Officers issued three traffic citations and no traffic warnings and assisted one motorist.
    FREEDOM’S LANDING — A juvenile was taken into custody, released to parents and banned from campus after reportedly stealing a bike.
