Arrests
    Dalton Jhaquay Houston, 20, Baldwin Street — probation violation.
    James Norman Howard, 45, Old River Road North — wanted person.

Incidents
    COPPER BEECH TOWNHOUSES  — A man reported the theft of three laptop computers, two TVs, and an Xbox 360 console.
    FLASH FOODS/U.S. HIGHWAY 301 SOUTH — Officers responded to a complaint of unruly juveniles out after their curfew.
    WEST JONES AVENUE — A man said an unknown male entered his home, punched him in the face, then left. The complainant then argued with his ex-girlfriend as to whether she knew the offender.
    LANIER APARTMENTS — A man was walking his dog when two males came running at him. He said they changed their minds when they saw his dog and ran away.
    BRUCE DRIVE — A TV, Nintendo Wii, Sony PlayStation, Xbox 360, two digital cameras, 50 video games, DVDs, bed sheets, a computer, Xbox Kinect and iPod Touch were stolen.
    SOUTH COLLEGE STREET — A man reported the theft of a prescription bottle with generic Lorcet pills.
    VISTA CIRCLE — A man and woman argued, and the man was at her home in violation of a protective order. The woman had invited him there to pickup his belongings.

    Matthew Cory Barton, 24, Miracle Lane, Swainsboro — public intoxication, disorderly conduct.
    Charles Edward Nelson, 25, Marsham Drive — simple battery, criminal trespass, probation violation, good behavior warrant.
    Brett Matthew Rivers, 23, Banks Dairy Road — disorderly conduct.
    Kasey Mark Sanderson, 19, Cotton Vale Road, Savannah — bench warrant.
    Elizabeth Ann Wilson, 42, Old River Road, Brooklet — probation violation.

Incidents
    BANKS DAIRY ROAD — (Portal) A man urinated on the floor and became irate when told to clean it up. (He was intoxicated). He shoved his sister when she tried to intervene during the argument he had with his mother, and when another man became involved a fight resulted. When deputies arrived, the offender was still combative and deputies arrested him.
    CARMIKE CINEMAS — (Statesboro) A man was intoxicated and had an alcoholic beverage inside the theater. He was told to throw it away, but hid it in a trash can and retrieved it, then tried to conceal the fact he had it inside. He was arrested.
    WESTOVER DRIVE — (Statesboro) A man reported the theft of a .357-caliber Smith & Wesson handgun.

    Officers issued   traffic citation Monday.
    Christopher Evans Hughes, 21, Fairburn —  possession of a controlled substance in/near a school zone, possession with intent to distribute a controlled substance and possession of marijuana.
 
Incidents
    No traffic citations or traffic warnings were written. No motorists were assisted.
    FREEDOM’S LANDING — Officers responded in reference to a drug complaint.
