KENNEDY HALL — Officers received a confidential tip at 8:26 p.m. Monday stating that a unit in the residence hall was the source of drug consumption and sales, including marijuana-laced brownies. A search of the unit found two individually wrapped fudge brownies laced with marijuana, suspected marijuana in a grinder and in a cigarillo, half of a Naproxen pill, five liquor bottles, and a large amount of drug paraphernalia. Three men who live in the unit were judicially referred to university officials for punishment, but they were not arrested.
BUILDING 446 (OLD APEX BUILDING) — Police responded at 5:44 p.m. Tuesday in reference to “some people taking stuff from a dumpster.” A university staffer said he was teaching an art class, and that the students “were just taking cardboard for a project.” The officer told the staffer that “they could not take stuff from dumpsters,” and the staffer and students left.

One of them turned to the witness and said, “Don’t snitch,” and then all three walked away.
