Incidents
    THE AVENUE AT SOUTHERN — A man said a woman beat him, causing visible injuries.
In a separate incident, a man reported the theft of a TV, laptop computer and shoes.
    BLAKEWOOD APARTMEMTS — Witnesses reported two men and a woman struck a door with a crowbar and shattered a window.
    TAHITI TRAIL — A woman said her roommate cornered her during an argument over laundry and struck her.
    MARTIN LUTHER KING JR. BOULEVARD — A man reported the theft of a Honda motorcycle.
    THE FORUM — Someone reported the theft of a red 2000 Pontiac Sunfire. It was later recovered on Cypress Lake Road.
In a separate incident someone reported the theft of a laptop computer, bank cards, and identification.
    BUTLER HOMES — Police responding to a reported fight found a victim lying on the ground with eye injuries.
    THE COVE APARTMENTS — A man was being unruly, started fighting with a second man and a larger fight broke out. The original offender shoved a police officer trying to subdue him, and he was arrested.
    THE EXCHANGE APARTMENTS — A woman brought her “incapacitated” friend home and two men she did not know helped carry her friend upstairs. She said the men groped her friend several times and stole two cellphones from her car before leaving.
    PROCTOR STREET — Officers investigating an accident arrested both drivers involved for DUI.
    CAMBRIDGE AT SOUTHERN — A man was robbed at gunpoint of his wallet.
    THE POINTE AT SOUTHERN — A man said he invited a woman to his apartment, but when she began being disrespectful he asked her to leave. She did, but returned and kicked his door.
    THE AVENUE AT SOUTHERN — A man reported the theft of $320.
    DUNLAP STREET — A woman said a man hugged her, then started arguing with her. She walked away and he struck her in the neck. She felt threatened because he held an axe, she told police.
    RUSTY’S TAVERN — A silver 2012 Hyundai Sonata was reported stolen. It was recovered, wrecked on Gentilly Road.
    DUKE ROAD — A man said his former live-in girlfriend came at him with a crowbar and broke a window.
    STATESBORO APPLIANCE — Someone saw a man break a window at the West Main Street location.
    ONEAL DRIVE — A white 1995 Chrysler LeBaron was stolen.
    FINCH’S TRAILER PARK — Police are investigating an aggravated battery incident. Officers spoke with the victim after he went to the hospital for apparent injuries.
    SOUTH COLLEGE STREET — A man reported the theft of pain pills and other medications, and listed a suspect in the theft.
    VALLEY ROAD — A woman told police she remembered being in her living room and waking up on the ground. Officers noted several visible injuries. A man was named as a suspect, and has been listed as a suspect in previous reports of physical violence by the same victim.
    THE GROVE APARTMENTS — A TV and two laptop computers were stolen.
    SOUTH MULBERRY STREET — A woman reported a purse stolen from her car, after she left it unattended with the door ajar.

Arrests
    Elizabeth Ann Wilson, 42, Old River Road South, Brooklet — DUI, open container, criminal trespass, public intoxication.

Incidents
    GEORGIA HIGHWAY 46 — (Statesboro) A woman reported the theft of a Yeti cooler and a dog box.
    BRANNEN ROAD —  (Statesboro) A man was getting ready for work when an unknown man entered his home through a sliding glass door. When confronted, the intruder ran.

    Officers issued three traffic citations Monday.

Incidents
    Officers wrote three traffic warnings and assisted seven motorists.
    RUSSELL UNION — Officers met with a suspicious person on the pedestrium and obtained information on him. Then they attempted to assist him with a problem he was having. Police reports did not detail the issue.
