Police report - 10-26-14; Euthanized at animal shelter 12 dogs and 15 cats.

ARRESTS
    Statesboro Police, Bulloch County Sheriff, Georgia Southern University and Georgia State Patrol arrests made Friday through Sunday will be reported Tuesday.

Statesboro Police
    COPPER BEECH TOWNHOUSES — Someone reported $10 in coins stolen from a car around 12:15 a.m. Wednesday.
    THE ISLANDS — Someone reported the theft of an iPod, Oakley sunglasses and a hard drive from a car around 9:30 p.m. Tuesday.
    WEST INMAN STREET — A person reported a burglary around 2:40 p.m. Monday in which Rachel Ray pots and pans and a stereo were stolen.

Bulloch County Animal Shelter
    The shelter reported the following activity during the week of Oct. 13-19:
    Surrendered by citizens — one dog from rural county areas; seven dogs and seven cats from City of Statesboro.
    Collected by officers — three cats from rural county areas; six dogs and three cats from City of Statesboro.
    Adopted from shelter — two dogs.
    Reclaimed by owners — none.
    Died at shelter — two dogs and one cat.
    Euthanized — 12 dogs and 15 cats.
    Fees collected — $285.
