Police Report 10-26-11 - 2 men leave eatery without paying for meals

    Rachel Lauren Wasdin, 21, Lanier drive — failure to report striking a fixed object, hit and run.
    Alicia Barnard Abrigo, 32, Lynntown Circle, Collins — theft by shoplifting.
    Jerry Irwin Cooper Jr., 20, Lanier Drive — driving without a valid license, no proof of insurance, suspended registration.
    Kyle Anthony Tonione, 23, Statesboro Place Circle — DUI, headlights violation.
    Katherine Cody Dallas, 20, University Villas — hit and run, DUI.
    Chkaia Renee Howard, 23, Egret Place — failure to obey traffic device, suspended license, suspended registration.
    Randolph Douse, 46, Institute Street — wanted person, terroristic threats, public intoxication, disorderly conduct, obstruction.
 
Incidents
    THE LODGE APARTMENTS — A woman told police a man attacked her physically, but she showed no marks or bruises.
    NORTH EDGEWOOD DRIVE — A woman was arrested after running off the road into a private yard, where she struck several items and caused damage.
    MIKELL STREET — A woman said her ex-boyfriend and his new girlfriend harass her by voice mail and text.
    GARDEN DISTRICT — A laptop computer, camera and high school yearbook were stolen.
    PARK PLACE APARTMENTS — Police made a welfare check on three juvenile and turned the case over to the Department of Family and children Services.
    SOMERSET APARTMENTS — A gun, camouflage bag, and hunting accessories were stolen from a vehicle.
    WAFFLE HOUSE/SOUTH MAIN STREET — A woman said two men left without paying for meals.
    SOUTH WALNUT STREET — A man who was being unruly and uncooperative when police responded to a domestic argument was arrested.

Arrests
    Summer Lewis Baird, 27, John R. Coleman Road — criminal attempt to manufacture methamphetamine, possession of a firearm during the commission of a crime, probation violation.
    Kathryn Amber Gail Crowe, 18, Pike Road — criminal attempt to manufacture methamphetamine, possession of a firearm during the commission of a crime.
    William Ronald Waller Jr., 33, Honey Ridge Road, Guyton — theft by taking firearm, burglary, theft by deception.
    Donny Mario Bryant, 30, Twin Oaks Road, Sylvania —suspended license, suspended registration.
    Rebecca Lynn Dixon, 27, Main Street, Garden City — no insurance, suspended license.

Incidents
    U.S. 301 SOUTH —(Statesboro) A man and woman argued over ownership of a car.
    HOOD ROAD —(Statesboro) A woman reported fraudulent charges made in her credit card in Ohio.
    METTS ROAD — (Clito) A woman and her mother argued when the woman went to her marital home to retrieve belongings because she was divorcing. The woman’s mother confronted her, since she had been asked by her son-in-law to watch over the property.
    CAROLINA TRAIL — (Statesboro) A woman reported someone used her Heritage Bank of the South card number in Texas and Illinois for several fraudulent charges.
    WOMACK ROAD EAST — (Portal) A woman reported the theft of an air conditioner unit.

    Joseph Raymond Goydish, 18, Southern Courtyard — possession of a controlled substance.

Incidents
    Officers issued three traffic warnings, assisted two motorists, responded to one injured person and responded to one alarm Monday.
    HANNER FIELDHOUSE — A makeup bag and three bottles of prescription drugs were taken from a vehicle in the parking lot.
    In a separate incident someone reported a vehicle “keyed.”
    SOUTHERN COURTYARD — Someone reported being harassed.
