Statesboro Police Department
CHANDLER ROAD — A woman said her fiance attacked her physically during an argument. He was not at the scene. She showed visible injuries and was given warrant advice.
WAL-MART SUPERCENTER — A man was arrested for shoplifting $32 worth of office equipment.
RENAISSANCE APARTMENTS — A man backing out of his driveway struck another man walking his dog. The victim was not injured.
UNIVERSITY PLAZA — A woman claimed injury when she was removed from The Game Room.
Bulloch County Sheriff’s Department
MILL CREEK LODGE — An investigator, responding to a call about a man chasing another with a knife, held the offender at gunpoint until other deputies arrived. A witness said the fight started when one man yelled at a woman. The victim fled the scene, and the offender then threatened the witness for calling deputies. The victim declined to press charges, but the offender was arrested for disorderly conduct after continuing to be loud and combative.
MOORE/OLD DILL ROADS — A person reported a firearm stolen in a burglary.
PINE INN ESTATES — A woman said someone stole a bag with $1,684.02 from her vehicle. The money belonged to her employer, she said.
In another incident, a man reported the theft of a gun from his vehicle.
KIWANIS OGEECHEE FAIR — A man flagged down a fair employee, who then waved over deputies to talk to the victim, who said another man who had threatened him with arms earlier was following him, wanting to fight.
CLIPONREKA ROAD — A man hiding in the woods called 911 and claimed someone had “slipped him some drugs,” possibly LSD. Another man said he picked up the suspect in Savannah and thought he had stolen guns from him. Deputies arrested the other man on outstanding warrants.
HERSCHEL DRIVE — A woman was arrested after she reportedly physically attacked her roommate over household trash. Witnesses and the victim said the offender punched, kicked and bit the victim and pulled out her hair. The victim had visible injuries, had vision difficulty and was holding an ice pack on her face while crying distraughtly, reports stated.

Officers issued two traffic citations and no traffic warnings and assisted one motorist.
