    Devin J. Prince, 27, Van Buren Street — defective equipment, suspended license.
    Cedrick Leshun Wynn Sr., 47, East Parrish Street — suspended license.
    Christina Ashley Gordon, 22, East Jones Avenue — failure to appear in court.

Incidents
    GARDEN DISTRICT APARTMENTS — A woman told police between 8 a.m. Sept. 3 and 3:15 p.m. Friday that someone deceived her and took an undisclosed amount of money.
    WAL-MART — A store loss prevention employee told police around 11 a.m. Tuesday that two other employees took a prepaid cellphone from the store without paying.
    SUCCESS COURT — A woman told police around 8:45 p.m. Tuesday that she wanted her brother out of the house because he was using profanity and she was tired of it. The man left for the night to avoid problems, reports stated.
