    Clarence Jerome Davis, 25, Georgia Avenue — probation violation.
    Glanesa Sherise Scott, 33, Prince Way — wanted person.
    Christopher John Deese, 24, Airport Road, Sylvania — expired tag, defective headlight, suspended license.
    Willie James Smith, 21, Abram Street, Sylvania — wanted person, giving false information.
    Joseph Charles Jowarski, 43, Second Street, Guyton — wanted person.

Incidents
    THE FORUM — A man reported his roommate for smoking marijuana in his bedroom. Police smelled the odor of burned marijuana but the roommate was not home. Another resident of the building complained of a noisy dog. Officers located the dog but no one was home.
    EAGLE GATE APARTMENTS — Someone stole a prescription of hydrocodone pills from a refrigerator.
    EASTVIEW APARTMENTS — A woman said a man struck her for not telling him she was home from work. He also destroyed her cellphone. Police noted visible injuries.
    SOUTHERN VILLAS — Northland Cable representatives reported a person using cable services illegally.
    PRINCE WAY — A man and woman argued, and he packed his things to leave. She told him no, it was his house so she would leave. She dumped his clothing out on the floor in order to use the containers to pack her own clothes, and his clothes were somehow damaged by bleach, reports stated. The woman was arrested on outstanding warrants when police arrived.
    THE POINTE AT SOUTHERN — A cellphone and $100 were stolen from a car.
    PARK PLACE — A man said juveniles stole a hand gun and cellphone.
    STILES INN — A couple argued about keeping the hotel room tidy.
    WEST JONES AVENUE — A man reported a drill set and several other power tools stolen.

Arrests
    John Wayne Billingsley, 30, Fowler Street, Swainsboro — disorderly conduct.
    David Neal Bunch, 57, Macwac Road, Cobbtown — probation violation.
    Sebastian Michael Drake, 18, Scarboro Highway — probation violation.
    Catherina Jo Winter, 25, Hodges Circle — theft by taking, probation violation.
    April Paige Elliott, 31, English Oaks Drive — public intoxication.

Incidents
    JOHN COURSEY ROAD — (Ellabell) A man, woman and his daughter struggled over a cellphone.
    OLD DILL ROAD — (Portal) A woman said a man called her, harassing her and said he was watching her from the woods.
    EAGLE TRACE MOBILE HOME PARK — A man said he was paying child support and discovered it was being deducted from his check as well, meaning he was paying double. An argument ensued and the woman said the man had not paid the right amount and was still in arrears.

    Clarence Jerome Davis Jr., 25, Stambuck Lane — wanted person (probation violation)
    Jeffery Neel Putman, 18, Chandler Road — underage possession of alcohol and possession of a false ID.
    Kevin Walsh Stowell, 60, Robin Hood Trail —  theft by taking.

Incidents
    Officers issued seven traffic warnings, assisted six motorists and investigated one accident Tuesday.
